He has served as President of the Stony Plain Minor Hockey Association, PAC Saints, and the Edmonton Rugby Union, among many others. He’s also founded the Parkland Rugby Club and chaired several organizations, including Communities Empowering Youth for Success and the Edmonton Rugby Park Inc.
In recognition of his tireless efforts, Dawes has received numerous awards, such as the 2019 PPPC Humanitarian of the Year, 2005 ASI Bess Cohn Memorial award Humanitarian of the year, 2016/17 Stony Plain Rotary Business Integrity Award and the Chamber of Commerce Integrity in Business Award 2005 & 2018.

While new to the promotional products industry, she has quickly become a vital member of the team, thanks to her strong work ethic and deep understanding of sales processes. Like Dawes, Morozoff is also an active volunteer in local community events and non-profits, further strengthening Brandz's ties to the community. In 2024, Taylor Shaw joined Brandz, bringing 5 years of sales experience. Taylor brings a youthful concept to the sales team and is a inspiration as a young working mum.
